Each STUD pillow is hand embellished in our Atlanta studio using premium materials and decorative hardware. Like fine jewelry or luxury accessories, these pieces should be handled with care to preserve their beauty.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, and sunrooms.
• Keep embellished pillows away from babies, small children, and pets.
• Handle pearls, spikes, chains, and decorative hardware with care.
• Spot clean only unless otherwise noted.

Some decorative hardware may contain nickel. Individuals with nickel sensitivities may experience skin irritation upon contact.

REPAIR SERVICES

We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or experiences a craftsmanship-related issue within 14 days of delivery, please contact us at hello@studpillows.co with your order number and photos of the issue. Eligible repairs during this period will be completed at no charge.

Repairs requested after 14 days may be subject to a repair fee and shipping charges. Please email photos of the item for evaluation. We will provide a repair quote before any work is performed.

Because each piece is handcrafted, repair requests are reviewed individually. STUD reserves the right to decline repair requests resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations, or excessive wear.
