Our pillows are individually made-to-order and in most cases, unless otherwise noted, our lead time is 2 – 3 weeks from the time of order + shipping time. Completion times are a guideline and not a guarantee. If you need your pillow(s) by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate. Custom pillows may make take longer - this is noted in items description. At this time we only ship to the USA and Canada.
U.S orders are shipped via USPS Priority unless faster shipping is selected by the customer. Once your pillow order has been made and shipped, it will be delivered within 2-5 business days or at the shipping speed you’ve purchased. You will receive an email with the USPS tracking information as soon as your order is on it's way to you.
International orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS mail. You will receive email notification as soon as your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. Delivery time of international shipments will vary by country of destination. Please note that most of the transit time is due to items being held in the receiving country's customs and we cannot be held responsible for the amount of time that a package is held. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders with multiple items that have different lead times will ship all together when all items are ready.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & LOST PACKAGES.
Any packages that are returned to us as non-deliverable, incorrect address, or incorrect name at no fault of Stud Pillows, will be either be sent an invoice for new shipping costs to send the package to its correct destination, or it will be treated as a return. This means that you will receive a refund of your purchase cost minus a 20% (percent) restocking fee and shipping costs. Please make sure your ship to address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address.
Stud Pillows isn’t responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please notify us at checkout if you need additional insurance.
